Jaeger le-Coultre Master Extreme World Chronograph 18kt Rose Gold Boutique Limited Edition of only 70 Pieces! Jaeger LeCoultre (“JLC”) is one of the great watch manufactures. 2012 was a spectacular year for JLC, as they introduced several new calibers and watch models. Like it always happens, the “release” of the watch and its appearance in the marketplace took quite a while. The watch is worth the wait. The Extreme World Chronograph really is something special. The case is a combination of 18kt Rose Gold and titanium, with dimensions of 46.3mm diameter by 16.3mm thick, and is water resistant to 100 meters. Most impressive is that JLC engineered and implemented a new shock absorption system for this case to protect the automatic chronograph movement. Front crystal is sapphire. Chronograph buttons and crown are compressor style, meaning they are completely protected from penetration of humidity, water and dust. Finally, there is a system for rapidly changing straps. Beating inside is the automatic winding JLC Caliber 752 with 279 individual parts and 72 hour power reserve. Dial is black with a revolving internal 24 hour bezel which displays local time in 24 reference cities throughout the world (one representative city for each of the world’s 24 timezones). Thirty minute chronograph totalizer subdial at 3 o’clock and 12 hour totalizer subdial at 9 o’clock. Operating indictor above 6 o’clock and date window between 4 and 5 o’clock. The dial and hands have abundant luminous material for excellent night time legibility. The Extreme World Chronograph is one of the very few real worldtime watches on the market, and this one is paired with a 12 hour chronograph, a very useful pairing of complications. Limited & Numbered to an Exclusive 70 Pieces! Stunning 72 HOUR POWER RESERVE! This watch features: * Chronograph/Stop Watch functions. * 24 Different World times. * Impressive Case Size. * Easily Interchangeable Straps which can be changed in seconds by the means of a quick-release button on the back of the case. * Water Resistance – using the revolutionary new patented design. Although the crown & pushers are not “screw down” they are equipped with an external butterfly collar that turns a 1/2 turn clock-wise & counter clock-wise (independently of the crown & pushers), each collar has red & white enamel indicating arrows. White arrow indicates the crown is secure/water resistant, Red Arrow indicates the crown is non-secure/non-water resistant. When the collar is in the secure position it compresses a gasket that ensures water resistance. * The completely assembled watch undergoes a rigorous 1000 hours test before the watch ships from the factory! Other features: Luminous hands & hour markers, Date between the 4 & 5 o’clock position. Power reserve of approximately 72 hours. Movement comprised of 279 parts & beats at 28,800 VPH
