It has the original black leather Patek Philippe strap in the box as well and it is fitted on a beautiful Vulcanized Bespoke Madrin Spain Green Rubber Strap with a matching 18K white gold deployant buckle, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and an exhibition sapphire crystal display case back. It has a protected, screwed-down crown, and the 43mm by 38mm solid two-body case, wide cushion-shaped bezel, and downturned lugs are polished/brushed. The dial is Anthracite grey with horizontal textured stripes, applied luminous white gold faceted baton hands, gold baton hour markers, and luminous outer dot minute divisions. There is a subsidiary dial for the constant seconds at the 4 o’clock position, an integrated analog date and moon phase are at 7 o’clock, and the arched 48-hour power-reserve sector indicator is between 10 and 11 o’clock. It’s water resistant to 60 meters/180 feet, and the 9.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

It has a self-compensating free sprung flat balance spring, and a 22K gold off-center micro-rotor. The mechanism oscillates at 21, 600 vph (3 Hz).
