The mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 4131 Superlative Chronometer movement is rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It’s constructed with 47 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that’s adjusted to temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating free sprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, and a hacking seconds mechanism.
